Latest News 27/01/2009 Construction & Property News Treasury Holdings was given the go-ahead by An Bord Plcanala on 9 December to develop its Sligo Town Centre scheme. The 80m scheme at Wine Street in Sligo will be anchored by Dunnes Stores, Tesco and Penneys. It will comprise 30 shops, 1,000 car parking spaces. 27 apartments and 30,000 square feet of office space. It is hoped that construction will start in 2009 during which time 500 people will be employed at the site. According to Niall Kavanagh, director of development at Treasury Holdings Ireland, the scheme will include two apartment blocks, the tallest of which will be nine storeys high.
